Our journey to make a difference

With 30+ years in the building industry, I recognized a critical need: not everyone can afford a home, often through no fault of their own. Seeing veterans dismissed from duty and disadvantaged people struggling to make ends meet truly inspired us. Everyone deserves a place to be proud of, and we believe it starts with a home. This conviction led to the founding of Integritas Development Org, where we're committed to being part of the solution.

Making an immediate impact

Our commitment extends beyond new builds. We provided post hurricane volunteer services to help elderly persons whose homes were left in unlivable conditions, stepping in when their insurance companies failed them. This hands-on experience reinforced our dedication to immediate, tangible community support and solidified our mission to provide safe, resilient housing when it's needed most.

Our universal development standards

Our work at Integritas Development Org is guided by unwavering principles. Every build meets or exceeds the Florida Building Code for high-velocity hurricane zones, ensuring true resiliency. We maintain centralized fund accounting that meets both HUD (Federal) and SHIP (Florida State) reporting requirements, guaranteeing compliance and transparency. Furthermore, our standardized "Veteran Care Referral" system, activated via local VA branches, provides essential support services across any Florida district.

Unifying solutions for Florida's diverse housing crisis

"Florida’s housing crisis is diverse—ranging from the high-density urban centers of the south to the rural expanses of the north. Integritas Development Org provides a unified solution. By standardizing our fiscal and structural models, we can pivot quickly to meet the specific needs of any Florida community, ensuring that our veterans have a safe harbor regardless of their zip code."
