By leveraging federal HUBZone incentives alongside Florida-specific programs like SHIP and SAIL, we create a specialized "Florida Model" for veteran support. Expanding to high-need corridors like Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, and Miami-Dade, adapting our construction models to meet specific regional environmental needs (e.g., wind-speed requirements and coastal resiliency).

Phase 3: Statewide saturation

Reaching Florida’s rural veterans where housing inventory is often the most neglected. Utilizing modular and sustainable building techniques to provide cost-effective housing in low-density HUBZones.
